About
Whisper Walk is an Audio Discovery Tour masterfully curated by local artists Counterpilot. Taking approximately 35 minutes, participants are provided headsets and a discovery pack, embarking on a secret journey throughout the precinct. Along the way, you'll receive directions and clues about specific locations to uncover.
Before Metro Arts existed in West End, there have been many different stories of creativity and connection around this place. Delve into the hidden stories of individuals, and the tales that constitute this unique setting – from an ice-cream factory, to a circus troupe and beyond...
Let the Whisper Walk be your guide into a unique and captivating piece of Brisbane's History.
Whisper Walk has been created by Counterpilot - a collective of local interdisciplinary artists who create immersive and interactive performance works. Counterpilot activate audiences with new technology, rich design, and transmedia storytelling to transform the familiar, juxtaposing rich fictional worlds against a backdrop of the everyday.
Whisper Walk starts from the Metro Arts Box Office in Factory Lane, West Village, West End. The tour runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday on the hour from 10 - 1pm.
Tickets can be booked in advance, or on the day.

Metro Arts' Whisper Walk is wheelchair accessible. For tickets for patrons in a wheelchair, with accessibility needs and/or Companion Card holders, please call Metro Arts on 07 3002 7100 Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm to enquire or make your booking.
